一条外环路，可以有多长？答案是约2.7万公里。倘若将G219、G331和G228三条国道首尾相接，将形成一条贯通我国沿边沿海的“大外环”，长度相当于绕赤道半圈多。到2030年，国家综合立体交通网主骨架建成率由现在的91%提升到95%，重点是抓好四类通道的建设，这条“大外环”便是其中之一。
