记者从水利部了解到，受降雨影响，8月4日2时30分，黑龙江省松花江支流呼兰河秦家水文站（黑龙江省绥化市）水位涨至149.56米，达到警戒水位。依据主要江河洪水编号规定，此次洪水编号为“呼兰河2026年第1号洪水”。
