【应对台风“白海豚” 浙江海事局启动Ⅳ级防台应急响应】财联社8月3日电，今年第13号台风“白海豚”（强台风级）于8月3日17时在北纬25.1°、东经146.5°，即距浙江温州东南方向2585公里的海面上，中心最大风力15级，中心气压为945百帕，移动方向偏西，移动速度每小时20-25公里。根据台风态势及走向，浙江海事局已于8月3日18时启动Ⅳ级防台应急响应。（央视新闻）
