8月3日，中信证券研报称，7月23日美国启动新一轮301关税以替代于7月24日到期的全球临时关税。当前301关税替代122条款加征的关税后，美国对中国普征性关税税率从此前10%上升至12.5%。目前在我国出口多元化发展的背景下，预计关税税率小幅上升对我国出口影响有限。此外，此前IEEPA关税涉及金额超1600亿美元，美国当前财政方面由于IEEPA关税退税面临支出压力。
