本报讯 根据市气象灾害防御指挥部7月31日《关于启动廊坊市重大气象灾害（暴雨）IV级应急响应的命令》和市气象台7月31日12时发布的暴雨蓝色预警信号，根据汛情发展，经报请市城市防汛指挥部批准，决定于7月31日16时30分启动城区防汛IV级应急响应。
