今天(1日)，《北京市快递、外卖行业非机动车管理办法(试行)》正式施行。新规明确用于快递、外卖服务的电动自行车须登记并悬挂专用号牌，实行“专车专用”。停止用于快递外卖服务的，应在停用之日起30日内变更普通号牌。同时，新购置用于快递、外卖服务的电动自行车，应符合2024年版《电动自行车安全技术规范》国家标准并列入北京市产品目录。(央视新闻客户端)
