《成都市住房租赁条例》将于2026年8月1日起施行。条例共43条，分为总则、出租与承租、租赁经营与服务、监督管理、法律责任、附则6章。条例旨在规范租赁市场，营造舒心租、安心住的良好居住环境，促进住房租赁市场高质量发展。
