7月31日，*ST三房（600370）发布公告，全资子公司海伦石化的三期年产320万吨PTA生产装置已具备复产条件。该装置于2026年4月和5月进行了停产检修，结合当前国际环境、市场行情、原料供应及现金流情况，公司积极推进复产工作，预计复产时间为2026年9月15日。
2026年一季度，*ST三房实现收入49.89亿元，归母净利润3274万元。
