7月31日上午，国家发展改革委举行7月份新闻发布会。国家发展改革委政策研究室主任、新闻发言人蒋毅表示，上半年，我国人工智能自主创新步伐加快，在全产业链多环节实现快速突破。要素流动活跃，建成高质量数据集超过12万个，算力、模型、数据互促共进的良性循环加速形成。在各方面协同带动下，人工智能成为经济增长的澎湃动力源，相关行业保持30%以上的高增长。
