格隆汇7月30日｜洲际交易所同意收购MarketAxessHoldings，这笔交易对该固定收益电子交易平台股权的估值约为60亿美元。根据协议条款，洲际交易所将以每股167美元现金收购MarketAxess股份，较其7月29日收盘价溢价33%。ICE表示，该交易将两项互补业务结合起来，打造一个更完整、更互联的固定收益平台。该交易预计将在完成后三年内实现1亿美元的年化运营费用协同效应，还将在首个完整年度增厚调整后EPS。
