7月30日，博威合金（601137.SH）公告称，基于全资子公司博威合金（香港）国际贸易有限公司日常经营及原担保合同变更需要，公司为其提供2亿元最高余额内担保，用于银行综合授信业务，保证方式为连带责任保证。该担保在已审议通过额度范围内。截至公告日，公司实际对外提供担保金额（含本次）44.50亿元，占2025年经审计净资产的50.19%，均为对全资子公司担保，无逾期情况。
