7月30日，钱江水利（600283）发布公告，彭伟军因工作调动原因申请辞去董事会秘书和财务总监职务，之后不再担任公司任何职务。
同时，公司召开董事会，同意聘任刘堃为董事会秘书，聘任王艳芳为财务总监，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第九届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，钱江水利实现收入5.19亿元，归母净利润3782万元。
