甘肃省水利厅决定自7月30日11时起，针对临夏、甘南州启动洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应；维持针对定西市的洪水防御Ⅱ级应急响应，维持针对平凉、庆阳、白银、天水、陇南市的洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应；将针对酒泉市的洪水防御Ⅲ级应急响应调整为Ⅳ级。
