当地时间7月28日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基在接受媒体采访时表示，自己一直不理解为什么北约不邀请乌克兰加入。泽连斯基称，乌克兰有100万士兵，并且一直做好了支援美国与欧洲的准备，加入北约对乌克兰的保障至关重要。
