据德国天空体育报道，国际足联正推动成立“FIFA Forward Enterprise”，以出售转播、赞助、票务和授权等商业权利，预计可从外部投资者处筹集最高42亿美元。
根据一封信件，国际足联主席已向同意私有化的各成员协会开出约3500万欧元，并设下表态期限。
各协会可在9月19日前同意方案，作为回报将获得这笔资金；过了期限，国际足联预计只会发放约900万欧元。
