格隆汇7月29日｜半导体晶圆代工厂格芯(GFS.US)盘前直线拉升涨超16%。消息面上，美国宣布了一项总额为8.74亿美元的半导体研发投资意向书，格芯将获得高达3亿美元的资助。签署意向书的包括Kepler、Multibeam、Extropic，美国将分别对每家公司进行少数股权投资以提供资金。
