人民财讯7月29日电，近日，浙江省政府办公厅印发《浙江省“十五五”海洋经济发展规划》，为今后五年海洋经济发展描绘了清晰路线图。《规划》提出到2030年，海洋经济综合实力位居全国前列，浙江海洋生产总值年均增速高于GDP增速一个百分点，海洋生产总值占GDP比重达14%。
