湖北十堰市气象台7月28日8时32分升级暴雨预警信号为红色：过去3小时，白浪街道、武当路街道、大川、西沟、柏林降雨量已达50—70毫米。预计未来3小时，强降雨仍将持续，上述地区及周边累计雨量将达100毫米以上，城乡积涝、山区山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水风险极高，请特别加强防范。
