据日本共同社7月27日消息，25日采访相关人士获悉，日本政府基本决定收紧外国人永住许可条件，拟新增年收入以及预计可领取的养老金金额。原则上将要求年收入高于日本家庭的平均水平。政府将于10月1日修改相关指南，原则上从明年4月起适用于相关申请。
据日本出入国在留管理厅介绍，截至去年年底永住者约为94.7万人。（完）
