夏日赏花地图，5月-8月，这个夏天必去的14个赏花胜地

1、凉山州七里坝索玛花

花期：4月下旬-5月中旬

昭觉县尼地乡谷克德，高山索玛花沿着高山峭壁、溶岩缝隙顽强生长；或星星点点、漫山遍野肆意绽放。穿梭在花海之中，近距离感受索玛花的娇艳。

2、西昌蓝花楹

花期：4月下旬-5月中旬

南方的5月已经是初夏，西昌蓝花楹每年 4 月中下旬进入盛花期，五一正合适！航天北路、建昌路牌坊、文汇东路，都有看不完的蓝花楹。

3、昆明蓝花楹

花期：4 月底 - 5 月中旬

昆明蓝花楹的盛花期即将来临，教场中路这条长约2公里的蓝花楹大道美得让人惊艳。盘龙江畔油管桥段数百株蓝花楹，花影倒映在江水中。北市区红锦路蓝花楹沿街绽放。

4、甲根坝俄色花海

花期：5月-6月

从新都桥开车出发只要半个小时就能抵达这片露营胜地，溪流蜿蜒穿过草甸，牦牛悠然踱步，俄色花在此盛放如雪，藏寨之间是绿油油的青稞田。

5、天山红花

花期：5月中旬-6月初

伊犁霍城县满江沟、尼勒克县，红色花海铺满草原，像火焰一样热烈！搭配远处的雪山，画面绝美！花期2周左右，花海位置会随风移动，每年盛开位置不一。

6、香格里拉杜鹃

花期：5月中旬-6月

小中甸，一到5、6月便被杜鹃占领。大片大片的杜鹃花肆意生长，在绿色草原的衬托下，格外明艳动人。远处是连绵的山峦和悠闲吃草的牛羊，随便按下快门，都是一幅绝美的田园风光图。

10、霍城薰衣草

花期：6月中下旬

新疆霍城，世界三大薰衣草种草基地之一。每年六月中旬至七月中旬，薰衣草花海分两批次开放，清水河镇、芦草沟镇、天山花海、各类数千亩的种植园，都是看不到头的紫色花海。

11、青海门源油菜花

花期：7月

7月的门源，铺天盖地一片金黄，与祁连山遥相辉映。西起青石嘴、东到玉隆滩、北到与甘肃交接的冷龙岭、南到达坂山绵延近百里，整片油菜花海犹如大海般一望无际。

达坂山观景台提供了绝佳的视角观赏油菜花海和岗什卡雪峰。

红山咀村山顶观景台游客较少，可以更加舒适地享受油菜花的壮丽景色。

岗木线旁是连绵的花海，非常适合停车拍照。

12、青海湖油菜花

花期：7月

盛夏的青海湖，湛蓝色湖面一望无际，与天际线无缝衔接。湖畔金灿灿的油菜花肆意盛放，从环湖东路S207驶上青海湖旅游专线，过二郎剑景区，一直到江西沟附近，沿途有成片油菜花田。

13、普者黑荷花

花期：6月中下旬到8月

滇东南的普者黑是夏季云南旅游的宝藏。喀斯特地貌的山水画，到了夏天荷花竞相开放，近300种、约2万亩荷花，花期长达50天左右

14、昭苏油菜花+紫苏花

花期：7月初-8月中旬

盛夏的昭苏是属于油菜花和紫苏花的，县城周边，自驾中公路两侧都可看到。万亩油菜花和紫苏花交织，黄紫相间，背景是连绵雪山，画面层次感超强！
