台风“红霞”逐渐逼近香港，风力持续增强。7月25日下午4时许，长沙湾道750号一个建筑地盘发生大型脚手架倒塌意外。
一幅巨型脚手架疑不敌强风吹袭，整幅塌下，跌落旁边香港纱厂工业大厦第五期天台。根据现场消息，脚手架竹枝未有跌落行人路，事故中无人受伤。警方及消防接报后已赶至现场处理。
