【委内瑞拉正式通报联合国 决定退出国际刑事法院】财联社7月25日电，委内瑞拉外长普拉森西亚当地时间24日宣布，应代总统罗德里格斯的指示，委内瑞拉已正式通知联合国秘书长古特雷斯，委决定根据《国际刑事法院罗马规约》第127条，坚定且不可撤销地退出《国际刑事法院罗马规约》，并启动退出国际刑事法院的程序。
