7月10日，夏令热线报道了北外滩59街坊的华贸中心在建工地涉嫌泥浆水外溢情况，导致市政排水管网部分堵塞，或影响城市排涝能力。7月24日下午，水务执法部门对该施工方开出了20.8万元的罚单。工地方面已开展整改并规范施工流程。
