7月23日金融一线消息，交通银行公告称，经监管批准，公司于2026年7月23日完成“交通银行股份有限公司2026年第二期二级资本债券（债券通）”发行。本期债券规模400亿元，票面利率1.89%，为10年期固定利率债券，第5年末附发行人赎回权。募资扣除发行费用后，将全部用于补充二级资本。
