7月23日，来自重庆大学、西南政法大学、重庆师范大学等重庆高校的240余名西部计划志愿者，从重庆西站搭乘Z379次列车启程，奔赴新疆生产建设兵团基层一线，围绕乡村教育、乡村建设、健康乡村、基层社会治理、基层青年工作等领域，开展为期1至3年的志愿服务。
