格隆汇7月23日｜雀巢同意以约30亿欧元现金向Platinum Equity出售瓶装水业务50%的股权，亿万富豪Tom Gores支持的私募股权公司Platinum Equity在竞购中击败其他买家。该瓶装水业务拥有Perrier和S.Pellegrino等品牌。两家公司发布声明称，将成立一家名为Peranel的合资企业，双方各持股50%，企业价值为49亿欧元。
