据封面新闻，河南车主刘先生7月8日自驾从河南前往欧洲，16日入境哈萨克斯坦后，车机被厂商远程锁定超30小时，导航等智能功能失效，仅剩基础行驶能力。刘先生称购车仅半年，出发前曾到店维护并告知出国计划，但未被提醒需报备或存锁车风险。厂商客服回应称，出境大概率触发远程锁车，无法提前报备，需等车机弹出错误码后才能申请临时解锁。
