乌克兰总统泽连斯基7月22日通过签署总统令的形式，任命了新任的乌军总司令和总参谋长。乌克兰武装部队新任总司令为德拉帕特，近年曾先后担任乌陆军司令和乌联合部队司令。乌克兰武装部队新任总参谋长为斯基比尤克。以上二人的相关任命已在乌总统府官网公布。（央视新闻）
