太美科技公告称，2026年7月22日，公司以每股5.45-5.77港元的价格，回购307,400股股份，付出的价格总额为1,706,310港元。购回股份将被持作库存股份。截至7月22日收盘，公司已发行股份总数为200,592,533股，其中已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为197,175,733股，库存股份为3,416,800股。公司于2026年6月23日通过购回股份的决议，可根据购回授权购回股份的总数为20,017,153股。
