格隆汇7月22日｜法拉第未来(FFAI.US)盘前重挫近28%，报0.8美元。消息面上，法拉第未来宣布，公司A类普通股和B类普通股将实施150:1的反向拆股，以保持纳斯达克上市地位，自2026年7月24日开盘起实施。该反向拆股已于2026年5月22日召开的年度股东大会上获得公司股东批准，最终比例由公司董事会确定。(格隆汇)
