近日，上海车主周女士向澎湃公众互动平台“服务湃”（https://tousu.thepaper.cn）反映，其名下一台沃尔沃EX30电车， 因高压电池存在电芯短路、热失控安全隐患而被纳入国家强制性缺陷召回范围，但品牌方仅同意更换其中两个在召回范围的电池模组。
