2026年7月21日，“外滩小巴”开启运营。专线面向南京东路地铁站至外滩源区域企业职工，乘车全程免费，凭专属乘车凭证搭乘。
“外滩小巴”仅在工作日早晚高峰运行，沿线设置5处临时停靠站点，串联片区多处办公楼宇。
“外滩小巴”专线由外滩社区基金会牵头统筹，众安保险、外滩投资等企业公益捐资设立。
