海吉亚医疗公告称，2026年7月21日，公司以每股10.24 - 10.25港元的价格，回购33,600股股份，付出的价格总额为344,336港元。此次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）减至606,638,200股，库存股份增至11,860,800股，已发行股份总数维持618,499,000股。公司于2026年6月26日获回购授权，可回购股份总数为60,774,100股。
