据央视新闻消息，中国海警局新闻发言人就允许菲转运伤员发表谈话。
中国海警局新闻发言人姜略表示，7月21日上午，中方出于人道主义考虑，允许菲方采取舰载小艇过驳方式，从非法“坐滩”仁爱礁的57号舰转运伤员至菲海警9702号船，中国海警对菲船只询问确认并全程监管。中国海警将依法持续开展仁爱礁及其附近海域维权执法活动，维护国家领土主权和海洋权益。
