博实股份7月21日公告称，公司近日与国能新疆化工有限公司签署商务合同，合同总金额约4.4亿元，服务期限为5年，每年合同额约8799.32万元。合同标的为固体产品包装运营服务，按月据实结算。该合同为工业服务类合同，预计对公司业绩有积极影响。
