7月20日，ST长园（600525）发布公告，原董事会秘书顾宁因工作调整于2026年7月18日离任，原定任期到2028年1月9日。之后仍将继续在公司及其控股子公司任职。
同时，公司于2026年7月19日召开董事会，聘任杨欢为新的董事会秘书，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，ST长园实现收入16.91亿元，归母净利润1100万元。
