格隆汇7月20日丨厚普股份(300471.SZ)在投资者互动平台表示，液空厚普是厚普股份与法国液化空气集团(AirLiquide)的全资子公司ALAT共同设立的合资公司，其中厚普股份持股49%，ALAT持股51%。公司氢能业务与液空厚普为独立主体运营，业务独立，不涉及同业竞争。
