新京报贝壳财经讯 7月20日，广发证券董事会审议通过议案，同意公司开展融资融券业务总规模严格控制在监管部门规定的范围内，将公司融资融券业务总规模上限调整为不超过同期净资本的2.5倍。授权公司经营管理层根据市场情况、公司净资本变动等实际情况，在上述额度范围内决定或调整公司融资融券业务具体额度。
