本报19日讯（记者吴玉玺）据“松辽水利”发文，19日6时，松花江肇源水文站水位为127.91米，超过警戒水位0.01米。根据《松辽流域主要江河洪水预警发布管理办法》规定，松辽委水文局升级发布松花江肇源段洪水黄色预警。
