大量车主投诉广汽埃安S系列车型存在电池鼓包、漏液、行驶中“趴窝”等问题。7月18日，广汽埃安致歉，宣布质保期从8年15万公里延至8年30万公里。有车主发文称，埃安V、埃安Y等同样搭载该电池的车型未被延保覆盖。7月19日，广汽埃安回应，此次质保升级仅针对埃安S系列。
