北京商报讯（记者 马换换 李佳雪）7月18日晚间，上交所官网显示，北京卓镭激光技术股份有限公司（以下简称"卓镭激光"）科创板IPO进入问询阶段。
据悉，卓镭激光主要从事以超快激光器、高能量激光器为代表的高端脉冲激光器的研发、生产和销售。公司IPO于2026年6月30日获得受理。
本次冲击上市，卓镭激光拟募集资金约为11.61亿元。
