中国国航公告称，7月17日召开的第七届董事会第十九次会议审议通过多项议案。包括引进15架A350 - 900飞机、深圳航空引进40架A320NEO系列飞机，两议案均需股东会审议及国家有关部门批准；批准注册资本由174.48亿元变更为204.93亿元，并修改公司章程相关条款；同意召开2026年第二次临时股东会，由董事会办公室筹备相关事宜。
