北京商报讯（记者 董亮 王悦彤）7月17日晚间，康拓医疗（688314）披露公告称，董事会近日收到公司副总经理李放的辞职报告。李放因个人原因申请辞去公司副总经理职务，原定任期到期日为2029年1月27日，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
公告显示，截至本公告披露日，李放直接持有公司股份1.8万股，占公司总股本的0.02%。
