希玛医疗公告称，7 月 17 日公司在市场上回购 20.6 万股，每股回购价介乎 0.95 港元至 0.96 港元，付出的价格总额为 19.76 万港元。此次回购后，已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目降至 12.0964887 亿股，库存股份增至 2269.4 万股，已发行股份总数维持 12.3234287 亿股。公司购回授权决议于 2026 年 5 月 20 日通过，可回购股份总数为 1.23234287 亿股，暂止期截至 2026 年 8 月 16 日。
