伊朗驻黎巴嫩使馆当地时间7月16日发表声明称，霍尔木兹海峡不会因美国施压而恢复开放，只会按照“伊朗设定的条件”恢复通航。声明称，美国应当接受这一现实，解决相关问题只有两种途径，即通过对话或接受伊朗军事力量迫使其遵守“伊朗设定的条件”。 (央视新闻)
