智通财经APP讯，海通恒信(01905)发布公告，公司作为出租人与承租人(宁波中金石化有限公司)于2026年7月15日订立本次融资租赁合同，据此，出租人同意以总代价人民币3亿元购买本次交易租赁物;及出租人同意向承租人出租本次交易租赁物，租赁期为48个月。本次交易租赁物为承租人位于中国浙江省宁波市的部分化工、动力和电气设备及设施。
