智通财经APP讯，中康科技控股(02361)公布，于2026年4月17日，公司就认购联接基金股份订立2026年4月Global Champion Feeder Fund认购协议，总认购金额为500万美元。此外，于2026年7月14 日，公司向联接基金垫付额外款项500万美元，以通过联接基金的指定接入基金参与首次公开发售前投资。为此，公司将随后订立拟议2026年7月Global Champion Feeder Fund认购协议，认购金额将根据首次公开发售前投资的配发结果釐定。集团动用其閒置资金支付认购事项及拟议认购事项。
