7月14日，*ST高科（600730）发布公告，公司实际控制人暨董事长曹龙及实际控制人之一暨董事贺怡帆因涉嫌挪用资金被公安局刑事立案侦查。
公司表示，已建立完善的治理结构和内部控制机制，生产经营秩序正常，上述事项不会对公司日常生产经营产生重大影响。
2026年一季度，*ST高科实现收入1390万元，归母净利润-193万元。
