【机构：香港工商铺市场持续复苏 上半年买卖2562宗创4年新高】财联社7月14日电，利嘉阁(工商铺)地产董事黄应年指出，截至2026年6月30日，全港共录得2,562宗工厦、商厦及店铺买卖登记，涉及287.67亿元(港元，下同)，较2025年下半年分别上升15%及下跌7%。成交宗数更创近8个半年度新高，并连续三个半年度维持在2,000宗以上，反映市场持续复苏。
