7月14日，三安光电（600703.SH）公告称，公司董事长林志强于2026年7月14日通过集中竞价增持公司股份75万股，增持金额1121.52万元。
截至公告日，林志强累计增持175万股，累计增持金额2619.78万元。副董事长、总经理林科闯因被留置，短期内无法执行增持操作，增持计划存在无法如期实施的风险。
